A simple wooden shed base is straightforward for a competent DIYer. Build a secure frame with square corners on a flat, level surface by screwing together pre-measured lengths of timber, adding cross-bars to give the structure strength.. How do I take down my old shed?
The safest way to dismantle a shed is to start at the top and work your way down. It’s a two-person job, but a relatively straightforward one that requires only basic tools. How can I get mains power to my shed?
It's always best to get a registered professional to install mains electricity. First, plan out what your power requirements are. You'll need to dig a 45 to 60cm deep trench from your house to your shed to accommodate cables, and leave the wiring to a qualified electrician.
