What is a lean-to greenhouse?

Lean-to greenhouses are structures that stand flush against a wall, so you can have a greenhouse in a small area. If you are restricted for space but have a little more wiggle room, upgrade to a Lean-to Pent Wooden Greenhouse with a single, lockable door and slanting UV-protected windows for sunlight and ventilation. 

Do I need planning permission for a lean-to greenhouse?
