Lean-to greenhouses - more info
Waltons lean-to greenhouses provide space-saving shelters to pot your plants, grow seedlings and store gardening basics. Attractive, compact and classic, they’re designed for convenience with their durable wooden structures, UV-proof windows and open floors for drainage.
What is a lean-to greenhouse?
Lean-to greenhouses are structures that stand flush against a wall, so you can have a greenhouse in a small area. Our Victorian Growhouse has an attractive wooden structure with internal shelving for growing seedlings, flowers, vegetables, and more. If you are restricted for space but have a little more wiggle room, upgrade to a Lean-to Pent Wooden Greenhouse with a single, lockable door and slanting UV-protected windows for sunlight and ventilation.
Do I need planning permission for a lean-to greenhouse?
You don’t usually need planning permission for a lean-to greenhouse. However, because they are placed against walls, you may need to check with your local authority, particularly if you have a listed building. Look at our guide to planning permission for more information.
